We accept both individual and organisation / agency referrals, although ideally we work off 'soft referrals' meaning we prefer introductions from agencies to our clients, to foster a good sense of ownership and to enhance a good starting point from which to offer support.

We are huge believers in the principle of self referral for the benefit of taking back control and leading the way to your recovery.
